Q. How do you place an order?
A. We’ve made the site as user friendly as we can, without all the clutter and flashing offers you see on other sites!

We’re confident that our quality of print and value for money will speak for itself.

Simply click onto the product page you require and select the options from the menus. Then upload your artwork, follow the payment steps and leave the rest to us!

You have the option of choosing our Artwork File Checking Service (we seriously recommend you choose this option) and we will make sure your artwork files are checked and ok for printing. If there is something wrong, we will notify you of what is incorrect.

Of course if you experience any problems just click on the Live Help and we'll talk you through it.

Q. Where will my job actually be produced?
A. We are a real printing company, not a middle-man! All print production is done in house, and the team who deal with your order are all experienced in print production.

Q. I can't see the exact product I'm looking for, can you produce anything else?
A. We can produce many more products and variations than just those listed on the site.

If you cannot find the product you are looking for, complete our online quote form and we'll get right back to you with a personalised quote.

We also provide a design service if you’d prefer not to supply your own artwork.

Q. How long will my job take?
A. Orders are processed and despatched for most products within 5 working days, though often quicker.

Please note, for larger orders of brochures and folders delivery times will be advised on receipt of order.

Q. I'm not sure where you're based, can you deliver my job?
A. We deliver to anywhere in the UK with our next-day courier service, although delivery to some parts of Scotland and Northern Ireland may take longer.

Q. How do I pay for my job?
A. Payment for all orders is taken online at the time of order by credit or debit card, secured and verified by SagePay.

Prices shown up until checkout do not include VAT as this is added at the final stage, along with the delivery cost.

An electronic invoice is generated when you place an order. Please print this off if you require a VAT invoice. We cannot issue hard copies.

Any orders placed offline - either in person or on the telephone, will be subject to a 15% additional surcharge (with a minimum of £20) to the prices charged on this website.

Q. I've changed my mind, can I cancel my order?
A. Unfortunately due to the nature of our ordering system being fully automated we are unable cancel or amend an order once it has been placed.
