Where we have come from...
We are a real printer with a multi million pound investment in printing technology blah blah blah! That dull stuff kind of goes without saying these days (although we actually are a real printer and we are UK based - some of our competitors are neither of these things!).
What are the real differences people look for when choosing a supplier of any kind? Well, of all the customers I talk to and also whenever I go online to make a purchase there are certain things I look for. The key thing is knowing what is behind the business, who I can talk to (if I need to) and seeing and hearing that they care about the service and the products they are providing. What I believe sets us apart at Print Republic is the excellent team of people we have here who deliver consistently great service.
How do we offer such great value? We have automated as much of the process as possible and the internet is now our primary sales channel. Even in these tough times online purchasing is showing double digit growth as it streamlines the whole process for both customer and shopkeeper which inevitably makes all our lives easier and hence saves money.
I hate being let down and I really hate letting our customers down. I am so convinced service is the key and confident that our team do everything possible to make sure we deliver...
